  • PROGRAM DESIGN & EVALUATION

In order for organizations to remain relevant, there is a need to innovate. But creative ideas do not necessarily lead to effective solutions; ideas must be vetted, fleshed out and translated into feasible and measurable actions. EKS Solutions can help guide this process and ensure that the ultimate outcomes fit well within the context of any organizations assets and limitations.

  • STRATEGIC PLANNING & REPOSITIONING

Healthy organizations must not only take the time to plan for the future; they should also reflect on their previous and existing work to understand their impact. Strategic planning come with the need to be honest about where you have been, where you could - and should - be going, and of course, how you will get there. EKS Solutions take an objective and direct approach to the work and will ask difficult questions to present an honest picture for an organization to make data driven decisions toward actionable and measurable change.

  • OPERATIONAL SYSTEMS & SUPPORT

Regardless of mission or purpose, organizations require an operational structure for financial management, data collection and reporting, and general office systems and procedures. EKS Solutoins has assisted clients with bookkeeping, grant management, budgeting, and CRM system implementation. Often these tasks are put on the backburner when forward facing work is in demand but a healthy organization must have a strong foundation running in the background in order to thrive.
