I believe that we all have our strengths. Mine is to take complex problems and break them down into pieces in order to understand how best to put them back together in more efficient and robust ways - to see things differently. My goal is not just to provide a different perspective, but to help resolve challenges and take ideas to the next level by implementing actionable change with you.
EKS Solutions is a WBE and WOSB certified consulting agency built on the skills and expertise of Evaine K. Sing. With over a decade of community-based design work, inclusive engagement expertise, training in the public policy realm, and experience leading in the nonprofit sector, I am well versed in community challenges at the hyper local and regional levels. With a diverse background in the corporate, government, nonprofit, and academic sectors, I often serve as a translator of complex problems into feasible change.
I have a deep and personal knowledge of community issues and the effort it takes to invest, mediate, and sustain long-term change. But I'm more than what I know - I believe in working efficiently in order to maximize impact. I am motivated by process improvement and believe strong systems enable growing networks. My strengths lie in breaking down complex problems into actionable steps so that teams can focus on their own talents to do more with less, as is often necessary in small or under-resourced organizations. I enjoy working with those who are passionate about what they do and want to help support the foundations of the work that has come before.
